On Christmas Eve Eve (December 23rd 2016) I’m going to do an extended live steam on twitch.tv. I will be starting at around 9am (maybe earlier) and I will go until 3am or 4am on December 24th. I would do a complete 24 hour stream but it being Christmas Eve when I end I don’t want to end up sleeping through my plans that I have with my family.
I will be attempting to finish my bard character that I started in my last 24 hour stream. I’m currently at level 12 and I think I should be able to hit level 20 by the time the stream ends. I think (and am hoping) that is will be good for the players. Without the giant corporation looming over their head I think the team can do things that make sense for the game and less for the pocketbook. That might bring more people to the game which in turn will be good for their pocketbook which honestly is what this is about. I think the fact that WB/Turbine put their pockets first is what was slowing down the game. In the end though this game is a business and if the business isn’t making money it won’t be around too long. But this is only my opinion and the facts could be totally different and I could be completely wrong about Turbine and WB.
